APPROACH
The client wanted to leverage their own framework of inner game & outer game – combining dimensions (pre-defined) of self awareness & self leadership with organisational imperatives & deliverables.
An approach to Mindfulness in action was created to align inner and outer dimensions for the 40+ leadership team.
To make it actionable and relatable, bizwize team worked with the business leaders to align aspects of vision, strategy, operational plans, goals and metrics at individual and business/ country level.
